Job DescriptionJoin Symbotic’s Mission Symbotic is reshaping how goods move with an AI-driven robotics platform that powers high-density, end-to-end warehouse automation. Our Customer Operations organization partners with on-site clients to deliver safe, reliable system performance every day. A Day in This Role You kick off the morning on the mezzanine, confirming bins are labeled, shelves are stocked to min/max, and cycle counts match the system. A shipment arrives—you stow parts in the correct locations, update receipts in Micro Main, and adjust locations where needed. Midday, you’re coding invoices and logging purchases into spreadsheets, then reviewing daily/weekly reports to spot trends. In the afternoon, you chase an emergency order, follow up on a repair RMA, clean up a work order, and partner with Finance and Procurement to ensure pricing is current and obsolete part numbers are retired. You wrap by coordinating Cintas services, organizing UPS/FedEx deliveries, and distributing Maintenance mail. What You’ll Own • Drive inventory accuracy through cycle counts; perform positive/negative and location adjustments when required., • Ensure clear, correct labeling of parts and bins., • Maintain vendor pricing and update/retire obsolete part numbers., • Configure and maintain minimum/maximum stocking levels., • Receive and put away daily shipments to the right storage locations., • Manage the full order lifecycle: requests, quotes (as needed), entry into Micro Main, tracking, receiving., • Escalate and follow up on emergency orders, parts for repairs, and service call needs., • Correct and reconcile work orders to ensure data integrity., • Publish daily and weekly inventory/ordering reports., • Support special projects with Production and Operations, including Cintas coordination, UPS/FedEx shipping and deliveries, and Maintenance mail distribution., • Collaborate closely with Finance and Purchasing toward shared operational and cost goals. Work Environment & Physical Requirements, • Frequent stair climbing to navigate automation structures; routine movement near elevated railings., • Indoor environment with exposure to temperature variation; capable of working in 32°ree;–105°ree;F., • At times, work occurs on active construction sites requiring PPE: hard hat, safety vest, steel-toe footwear, safety glasses, hearing protection, and fall protection (e.g., harness)., • Regularly lift up to 50 lbs safely; move items up to 80 lbs as needed., • Stand and walk for 10–12 hours; frequent reaching and walking., • Work at heights up to 45 feet and within tight clearances down to 24 inches; ability to stand, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl as duties require.
