As a Mystery Shopper, you will play a crucial role in evaluating the quality of customer service and overall experience at various businesses. Your feedback will help us improve our services and ensure that we meet our customers’ expectations. Responsibilities: Conduct covert visits to assigned businesses, posing as a regular customer. Evaluate customer service, product quality, cleanliness, and staff behavior during your visit. Engage with employees to assess their knowledge, friendliness, and professionalism. Make purchases or interact with services as needed to evaluate the entire customer journey. Document your observations and experiences in detailed reports after each visit. Submit completed reports within the designated timeframe specified by the employer. Maintain confidentiality throughout the mystery shopping process. Requirements: Minimum age of 18 years; some assignments may require candidates to be at least 21 years old if age-sensitive products are involved. High school diploma or equivalent preferred; previous experience in retail or hospitality is advantageous. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for preparing clear reports. Excellent attention to detail and ability to remain objective while evaluating services. Ability to work independently with no supervision and meet deadlines consistently. Access to reliable transportation and a smartphone or computer for report submissions.
