Job Description As a Case Manager I, you will work as part of a collaborative team to help create a safe, supportive, and Christ-centered environment for guests in a residential recovery program. This role is part of a 24-hour care team that provides advocacy-based support, spiritual guidance, referrals, and case management services to guests engaged in addiction recovery. Scheduled: Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Starting Pay: $25.39 How you will serve • Due to the sensitive nature of these essential job duties, we are only able to consider males for this position., • Conduct intake assessments and screenings for new program guests., • Manage an assigned caseload of guests participating in the addiction recovery program., • Meet with guests weekly to provide case management and maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic and paper files., • Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and healing facility environment., • Provide crisis intervention, chemical dependency support, and referrals to external services as needed., • Communicate guest updates and case notes using the Client Tracker system (CT11)., • Help coordinate and facilitate Bible studies, support groups, classes, and addiction recovery curriculum., • Maintain thorough, organized, and confidential guest documentation., • Administers supervised urine screenings in accordance with program policy., • Conduct regular welfare checks in guest living areas and restrooms., • Foster a positive, professional, and Christ-honoring atmosphere throughout the facility, • Participate in organizational meetings, training, and initiatives as required., • Perform other duties assigned to support the Mission’s success. How you qualify • Acknowledge and sign the Mission's Statement of Faith (see below)., • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred. A combination of education and at least two years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree., • Minimum of one year of case management experience required., • One year of experience in a social service, recovery, or rescue mission setting preferred., • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Requires frequent use of computers, keyboarding, and talking on the telephone. Occasionally stand, balance, twist, bend, stoop, kneel and reach with hands/arms. Occasionally lifts up to 20 pounds and walks using stairways to climb to multiple floors within the facility.
