Join us and be part of a culture that thrives on continuous learning, growth, and making a difference. /p pCheck out our website for more about our team and approach: /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 pbDemand Generation Strategy Execution /b /p ul liDevelop quarterly and annual demand generation plans aligned with business and marketing objectives. /li liIn partnership with RevOps develop and execute a global ABM strategy, leading integrated campaigns. /li liBuild repeatable campaign processes and best practices that improve speed, consistency, and performance. /li liManage campaign calendars, priorities, and resource alignment across marketing functions. /li liEstablish clear reporting and processes to establish a global standards for Prosci /li /ul pbEnterprise Demand Account Based Marketing Programs /b /p ul liPartner with Sales and RevOps to support enterprise growth priorities. /li liDevelop and execute account-based and account-engagement programs for target organizations. /li liImprove buying-group engagement and opportunity progression through coordinated marketing activities. /li liSupport pipeline acceleration initiatives throughout the sales cycle. /li liCollaborate with Sales leadership to identify opportunities for increased account penetration and expansion. /li /ul pbIndividual Growth Lifecycle Marketing /b /p ul liDrive demand generation initiatives that support Prosci’s public programs, memberships, and digital offerings. /li liImprove lead-to-registration and lead-to-customer conversion rates through testing, optimization, and audience targeting. /li liDevelop nurture programs that increase engagement, retention, and expansion. /li liPartner with Digital Experience teams to optimize conversion paths and customer journeys. /li liLeverage individual learner and member engagement to identify and support future enterprise opportunities. /li /ul pbCross-functional Marketing Leadership /b /p ul liServe as the central orchestrator for integrated conversion marketing campaigns across Brand, Content, Product Marketing, Digital Experience, Regional Marketing, Sales and RevOps. /li liLead campaign planning processes that align messaging, content, channels, timelines, and measurement across functions. /li liTranslate business priorities into coordinated marketing programs that drive awareness, engagement, pipeline, registrations, and revenue. /li liFoster strong working relationships across teams to improve execution quality and organizational alignment. /li liEnsure campaign objectives, ownership, and success metrics are clearly defined and understood. /li /ul pbTeam Leadership /b /p ul liLead, coach, and develop demand generation resources (team of 2-4). /li liEstablish clear goals, performance expectations, and development plans. /li liFoster a culture of accountability, collaboration, experimentation, and continuous improvement. /li liContribute to the evolution of Prosci’s marketing operating model and growth strategy. /li /ul h3Success Profile /h3 pBased on this role’s scope and responsibilities, we are seeking candidates with the following minimum qualifications, skills, attributes, and competencies.
