Visit the company’s website at Summary We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Program Manager to join our team in Alcobendas, Madrid. This hybrid position requires four days on site and remote work on Fridays. Reporting to the SCM & Operations Strategy Director, the role supports strategic supply chain initiatives that drive business growth, operational excellence, and new product development across our global organization. Job Duties And Responsibilities • Lead supply chain-related programs and projects across global and regional teams, ensuring successful delivery against business objectives., • Act as the primary supply chain representative for assigned programs, engaging and aligning stakeholders across multiple functions., • Drive customs, compliance, and operational process initiatives to support business growth and regulatory requirements., • Partner closely with Engineering, Product Management, Operations, Quality, Procurement, and Supplier Quality teams to ensure alignment throughout project lifecycles., • Coordinate supply chain activities supporting new product development, supplier transitions, outsourcing initiatives, cost-reduction programs, and acquisition integrations., • Develop and maintain project roadmaps, timelines, milestones, and risk-mitigation plans., • Support make-versus-buy evaluations and total cost of ownership assessments to enable informed business decisions., • Ensure supply chain strategies align with regional and global category management objectives., • Identify potential operational, supply chain, or technical risks and drive appropriate mitigation and recovery plans., • Establish clear communication plans and provide regular project updates to stakeholders and leadership teams., • Facilitate decision-making, resolve project challenges, and, when required, elevate issues to maintain momentum and delivery timelines., • Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance supply chain performance, scalability, and efficiency., • Promote adherence to documented processes, governance standards, and project-management best practices., • Support business integration activities associated with acquisitions and strategic growth initiatives., • Travel domestically and internationally as required (up to 25%).Required Skills and Competencies, • Proven experience managing large-scale cross-functional programs or projects within a complex business environment., • Strong stakeholder-management skills with the ability to influence, align, and secure commitment across multiple functions and levels of an organization., • Demonstrated ability to drive accountability and deliver results through influence rather than direct authority., • Strong process orientation with a governance and compliance mindset., • Experience developing and implementing structured project plans, workflows, and business processes., • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights., • Strong communication and presentation skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders., • Ability to manage multiple priorities, navigate ambiguity, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment., • Experience leading change and driving continuous improvement initiatives., • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and project-management tools., • Experience working with ERP systems and business applications.Preferred Qualifications, • Experience supporting customs, compliance, regulatory, or supply-chain governance programs., • Knowledge of Oracle ERP or similar enterprise systems., • Familiarity with project-management methodologies and best practices., • Experience working within a global or regional business environment., • Understanding of supply-chain, procurement, operations, engineering, or manufacturing processes., • Knowledge of Lean, continuous improvement, or operational excellence methodologies., • Experience using tools such as Microsoft Project, SharePoint, Salesforce, or similar business systems., • Ability to interpret technical specifications, drawings, bills of materials, or engineering documentation.Education and Experience, • Bachelor’s degree in Supply-Chain Management, Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related discipline., • Minimum of five years’ experience in program management, project management, supply-chain, operations, compliance, or related business functions., • Professional certifications such as PMP, CPIM, CSCP, CPM, or MBA are advantageous but not required., • We welcome candidates from a range of industries who can demonstrate transferable program-management and stakeholder-leadership experience.Benefits, • Competitive salary and performance-based incentive program., • Hybrid working model with flexibility to work remotely on Fridays., • Opportunities to collaborate with global teams and senior business leaders., • Career development within a growing international organization., • Employee Resource Groups that provide networking, development, and leadership opportunities., • Community outreach and volunteering initiatives embedded within our culture., • Comprehensive benefits package.Diversity Statement We are committed to recruiting, hiring, training, and promoting qualified people of all backgrounds, and make all employment decisions without regard to any protected status.
