About the role We’re looking for a motivated, analytically minded Revenue Operations (RevOps) Intern to join our RevOps team for a 6-month, fully remote internship . This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who wants to deep dive into how revenue teams operate , learn how processes and systems connect across the funnel, and contribute meaningfully to day-to-day operations and automation initiatives. You’ll work cross-functionally with Marketing Operations, Sales Operations, and Customer/Revenue (GTMs/CS/Ops) teams to support core workflows, improve internal processes, and help keep our revenue engine running efficiently. Important: This internship requires a university internship agreement (often called an internship/placement agreement or educational agreement ) as part of a Master’s program. What you’ll do (Responsibilities) You will support the RevOps team across three main areas: process, systems, and data . Typical responsibilities include: Cross-functional RevOps support Support Marketing Ops, Sales Ops, and Customer/Revenue Ops with day-to-day operational needs and coordination. Assist with documentation and upkeep of core operational processes (lead routing, lifecycle stages, pipeline hygiene, handoffs, SLAs). Process execution and improvement Help run and improve established processes (e.g., lead management, opportunity management, renewals/expansion motions). Identify friction points and propose improvements to increase efficiency and consistency. Contribute to playbooks, SOPs, and internal enablement materials. Workflows and automation Build and maintain workflows/automations (e.g., routing, notifications, task creation, data enrichment, lifecycle movements). Support QA/testing for new automations and process changes to ensure clean rollouts. Tech stack support Assist with basic administration and support across the RevOps tech stack (CRM, marketing automation, enrichment tools, reporting/BI). Help with user support requests (triage, troubleshooting, documenting fixes and best practices). Data hygiene and reporting Support data quality initiatives (deduplication, field completeness, standardization, governance). Help build and maintain dashboards and reports for funnel, pipeline, conversion, and activity tracking. Assist with ad-hoc analysis for stakeholders (e.g., performance insights, segmentation, cohort views). What we’re looking for (Qualifications) Must-have Currently enrolled in (or recently completed) a Master’s degree or MBA (business, analytics, marketing, sales, operations, information systems, data, or related fields). Ability to sign a university internship/placement agreement for a 6-month internship . Strong analytical skills, high attention to detail, and a structured approach to problem-solving. Comfort working with spreadsheets and data (Excel/Google Sheets); ability to learn tools quickly. Clear communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams in a remote environment. Nice-to-have Prior internship or entry-level experience in operations, GTM, consulting, analytics, marketing, sales, or customer success. Familiarity with RevOps/GTM concepts (funnels, pipeline stages, lead lifecycle, attribution basics). Exposure to common tools (e.g., Salesforce/HubSpot, Marketo/Pardot, Outreach/Salesloft, Zapier/Make, Looker/Tableau/Power BI). Basic technical comfort (workflow logic, integrations, APIs, SQL is a plus but not required). What success looks like in this internship You become a trusted operational support partner for multiple teams. You improve at least a few key workflows or processes and help automate repetitive manual work. You help raise the quality and reliability of operational data and reporting.
