We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Change Management Expert (Production & Operations Management) to join our team at a prestigious client site in the banking sector, based in the Paris Region. This is a permanent, hybrid role offering the opportunity to work on-site three days per week. Tasks and Responsibilities • Infrastructure Change management: production and management of operations to be implemented in the IT production environment in order to minimize impacts, • Qualification, review, follow-up and validation in decision-making committees, • Control, analysis and arbitration of significant and major production changes, as well as the relevant assessment of risks and impacts, • Management and assistance to the BRCs of the technical entities and beneficiaries, • The evolution of the catalogue of standard changes, • Classification of operations with technical and business units (updating of repositories: service catalogue, classification of operations, intervention slots, CMDB, etc.), • Process support via ITSM change management tool, • Maintenance of the IT global calendar (Major Events Calendar), • Adapting to the new change management process and tool, • Assistance to entities for the secure deployment of infrastructure transformation projects (Run & Build), • Simplification of the change process, • Monitoring of technical operations (impact analysis and change management) and management of preparation meetings, • Monitoring of operations on weekends (minimum one Saturday/Sunday per month), • Assistance to operational entities in drafting and securing impact studies, • The operational link and coordination between the Group's technical and IT departments, • Impact assessment, • Contribution to continuous process improvement, • Updating the schedule of operation, • Conduct comprehensive impact assessments for proposed changes., • Prepare and distribute meeting minutes for Change Advisory Board (CAB) and related review sessions., • Maintain and update documentation to support continuous evolution of the change management process., • Provide any additional documentation requested by management to ensure the effective performance of IT services. Job Requirements Experience 8+ years of experience in a similar IT/ITIL environment, managing change processes and coordinating IT operations. Mandatory skills • ITIL & Process Governance – Applies ITIL frameworks to manage change requests, approvals, and compliance., • Technical Communication – Translates technical impacts of changes for both IT teams and business stakeholders., • Infrastructure Awareness – Understands systems architecture, dependencies, and risk areas during change planning., • CAB & Release Coordination – Leads Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings and aligns changes with release cycles., • Incident & Problem Integration – Coordinates with incident/problem management to ensure smooth transitions and minimal disruptions., • Fluency in both French and English is mandatory to communicate effectively with colleagues and partners, both verbally and in writing. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding and hands-on familiarity with the following domains: • Networking & Data Center: Cisco ACI, Spine & Leaf, TCP/IP, SAN (Brocade, BNA, Cisco DCNM), • Load Balancing: Citrix NetScaler, Cisco CSS/ACE, • Databases & OS: Oracle Database Enterprise Server, Oracle Solaris, • Messaging & Automation: RabbitMQ, GitHub, Ansible, AWX, Shell, VBA, • Storage: EMC, NetApp Ready for a new challenge?
