In this fast-growing context, Omoda & Jaecoo Automobile France SAS is establishing a solid operational structure to ensure a successful launch in France. Work location: Courbevoie Director Aftersales France (F/M) Role Purpose Define, structure, and lead the Aftersales strategy for Omoda & Jaecoo in France, ensuring: • a high level of service quality,, • optimal operational efficiency,, • the development of a strong and fully compliant service network aligned with Chery Group standards, Key Responsibilities 1. Strategy & Deployment • Define the Aftersales strategy and development roadmap for France, aligned with Chery Group’s global direction., • Adapt international standards to French market requirements and ensure phased implementation., • Develop annual business plans for aftersales operations, commercial incentive programs, and project launches., • Manage and analyze spare parts supply and pricing, adjusting strategies based on data insights. 2. Aftersales Operations Management • Structure, organize, and oversee all Aftersales functions (service, parts, warranty, training, quality, etc.)., • Implement efficient organizational processes and coordinate cross-functional departments (Network, Quality, Logistics, Finance, Marketing)., • Define operational KPIs and ensure they are achieved., • Monitor regional business performance, including KPI achievement and dealer effectiveness., • Lead the design and development of service products in response to market demands. 3. Service Network Development • Build, develop, and supervise the national network of authorized service centers., • Establish recruitment, certification, and audit standards for approved repairers., • Monitor network performance: service quality, technical campaigns, parts operations, training, and customer satisfaction. 4. Customer Experience & Brand Image • Implement an effective and responsive customer complaint management system., • Lead Aftersales marketing initiatives to strengthen brand reputation and customer loyalty., • Maintain fluid communication with Chery Group headquarters to escalate local issues and coordinate corrective actions. 5. Financial & Budget Management • Prepare the annual Aftersales budget and monitor execution., • Optimize operational costs while maintaining high service quality., • Master’s degree (Bac+5) in management, automotive engineering, business administration, or a related field., • Minimum 10 years of experience in the automotive industry, including at least 5 years in Aftersales leadership roles (OEM, importer, or dealer network), ideally within a fast-paced international environment or start-up phase., • Demonstrated experience in building, managing, and optimizing Aftersales networks within both B2B and B2C ecosystems., • In-depth knowledge of the French automotive market, regulatory frameworks, service network operations, and customer expectations., • Native or near-native French proficiency, with fluent English required for daily interaction with international teams., • Strong leadership qualities, strategic mindset, and proven ability to manage and develop high-performing teams., • Comfortable working in a multicultural, rapidly evolving, and high-growth environment., • Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with digital Aftersales tools, service platforms, or network management systems is an advantage.
