Job Title: Logistics Representative – Defense Segment (EMEA) Location: Mitry-Mory, France Department: Supply Chain / Logistics / Warehouse Reports to: EMEA Logistics Manager Job Type: Full-Time | On-site Position Summary: We are looking for a highly motivated and hands-on Logistics Representative to join our team in Mitry-Mory, France, supporting logistics operations in the Defense segment across the EMEA region. The ideal candidate is execution-driven, detail-oriented, and thrives in high-pressure environments where proactivity and accountability are essential. This position will oversee end-to-end logistics operations, including warehouse control, inbound/outbound shipping, regulatory compliance, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders—particularly in contexts requiring strict adherence to defense and export regulations. Key Responsibilities: Logistics Operations: • Coordinate and execute inbound and outbound logistics processes, ensuring compliance with defense industry regulations and company standards., • Manage end-to-end shipment cycles: planning, carrier selection, booking, documentation, and tracking., • Work closely with freight forwarders, customs brokers, transportation companies, and government authorities., • Ensure on-time delivery performance, visibility, and proactive issue resolution., • Oversee warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch., • Maintain inventory accuracy and ensure compliance with physical and systemic controls., • Implement and sustain best practices in warehouse layout, safety, and efficiency., • Monitor KPIs and performance indicators (OTIF, stock accuracy, lead times, etc.)., • Ensure compliance with all export/import regulations, including management of licenses, documentation, and country-specific requirements (ITAR, EAR, EU dual-use, etc.)., • Track and manage classified or sensitive materials with full traceability and confidentiality., • Drive or support logistics improvement initiatives focused on cost reduction, process optimization, and digital transformation., • Identify and solve chronic operational issues with data-driven approaches., • Contribute to the development of regional logistics strategy and best practices. Required Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields., • Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse management—preferably in the defense, aerospace, energy, or other highly regulated sectors., • In-depth understanding of international logistics, transport, customs procedures, and trade compliance., • Proficiency in ERP and WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)., • Strong familiarity with ITAR, EAR, and/or other defense-related export regulations., • Fluent in English and French (mandatory); Portuguese is a strong plus., • EU work authorization required.
