The Role We are seeking an experienced TA Manager to join our team in France. This role will be critical in driving our hiring efforts to support the fast growth of our logistics operations. You will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions, including warehouse operations, transportation, and delivery services. This is a hands-on role where you will not only design recruitment strategies but also execute day-to-day hiring, working closely with business leaders and regional HR teams. Key Responsibilities • Lead recruitment activities for all logistics-related roles (warehouse, transportation, last-mile delivery, etc.) in France., • Partner with business leaders to understand hiring needs and workforce planning., • Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management., • Build and maintain talent pipelines in the logistics and supply chain sectors., • Ensure a strong employer brand presence in the local market., • Native-level French speaking ability, with excellent command of English (both written and spoken)., • Solid experience in recruitment (ideally 5+ years), with proven success in high-volume or specialized hiring., • Strong knowledge of the logistics, transportation, delivery, or warehousing industry., • Comfortable with both strategic recruitment planning and hands-on execution., • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural, and rapidly growing environment., • Be part of a fast-growing international logistics company with strong backing from JD.com., • Play a key role in shaping our talent acquisition strategy in France., • Work in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment with significant growth opportunities., • Competitive compensation and benefits.
