This includes reviewing existing and potential distribution opportunities, managing market periods, post market activities and retail performance. The wholesale teamwork in close collaboration with planning, merchandising, retail and customer service and finance to deliver business goals. Who You Are: Extremely organized with a high level of attention to detail. Process driven, methodical and agile, able to manage day to day and seasonal tasks simultaneously. Thrives working in a fast-paced environment and juggling multiple tight deadlines and priorities What You’ll Do: Be responsible for supporting the Senior Account Executive with Women’s Footwear sales across Department Stores, Specialty Stores for France & DACH. Weekly: • Analyzing sales data & driving business accordingly, • Manage & take ownership of designated accounts, • Generate and share weekly ATS stock reports to Key Accounts & monitor re-order requests, • Manage re-orders & swaps for Specialty Stores and assist with Key Accounts, • Pull Key Account weekly sales data for Senior AE’s review, • Track payments and deliveries for Specialty Stores and Key Accounts, • Ad hoc & general email admin tasks, working alongside key internal departments to resolve and highlight any issues to Senior AE’s, • Prospecting French Specialty Stores and bringing new accounts to Michael Kors database, • Occasionally support line manager with store visits, competition analysis and market knowledge, • Prepare & distribute seasonal Marketing Assets to Specialty Stores, • POS reception follow up for Department Stores, • Line & Range Plan Collation: sell out tracker, • Compile seasonal Cheat Sheets for in-store staff, • Assist Wholesale team with sample intake, • Complete seasonal datasheets for all Key Accounts, • Assist with image enquiries providing logins & instructions for image portal, • Maintain customer contact sheet, • Keep Order Types list updated, • Maintain existing distribution file and mapping and collate Quarterly door count, • Light Box Priority list, • Support Line Manager with OTB forecasts, • Leads partners seasonal market appointments: initiates business reviews and confidently presents brand product strategies, • Ensure all accounts receive relevant market communications and materials, and follow up post appointments, • Ensure all orders received by deadline, orders entered and added to tracker, • Collate feedback during appointments and relay back to Senior AE & Director, • Keep customers informed of changes during and post market (price, style code, material, delivery window), • Assist Senior AE with checking Booking Reports, • Assisting team with showroom set up What You’ll Bring: • Language skills: French and English – German is a plus, • Wholesale experience in a premium/luxury environment, • A good understanding of Wholesale ideally within a Fashion Retail environment, • Efficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, • Capability to partner with internal colleagues to address business challenges and understands the need to work well with others to beat the competition., • Capability to adapt to different communication styles, tools and approaches to meet the needs of different audiences and levels in the organization, • Continually looking for ways to innovate or take existing products, processes and services to a new level We’d Love to See: • A strong, confident communicator who has the ability to build relationships with all key stakeholders both internally and externally., • A self-motivated, proactive individual, who has a sense of urgency, • A great team player and collaborator, with a positive 'can-do' attitude., • The ideal candidate will be highly organized, have excellent attention to detail MK Perks; From your very first day with us, we want you to feel welcomed, supported, and truly part of the team.
