Geopost Process, IT and Digital department supports the global interoperability of the group and its subsidiaries via IT processes, standards and IT solutions. Within the Process & Group IT Application Division we are providing best-in-class digital solutions and processes to our business counterparts at HQ and in the Business Units. We are hiring for our headquarters based in Issy les Moulineaux (92) a junior IT project manager (deployment-focused) for our Interactive Notifications solution allowing our B2C customers to be notified and follow their parcel, from pick-up to drop-off. JOB OVERVIEW As a junior IT project manager, you will be in charge of deploying/rolling-out our Interactive Notifications solution: • As one of the privileged contacts of the BU (with the ITPM of the solution and the Marketing owner), working on the functional gap analysis phase, coordinating with group Marketing and IT teams, • driving the preparation of the technical environment, • Training the trainer, helping the BU to become autonomous on the solution, • Assisting / Accompanying the BU during the rollout and hypercare phase Your role and missions You will be involved in new, innovative and strategically important Consumer solutions. You are an ambassador for the Group IT and Marketing strategy and have a pivotal role in managing change within the BU/Geopost joint activities. To complete successfully your mission, you will be responsible of the following tasks: Roll-out Project Management You are responsible for the management of the full cycle of the deployment of the Group Digital Solution for interactive Notifications within the Business Units, teaming up with Geopost Marketing team. You are in charge of preparing status and follow-up reports of the roll-out activities for governance instances in IT, Marketing and other functions when applicable. BU Onboarding Once the Business unit has expressed their commitment to the deployment of the solution, you will ensure the onboarding process: • Identify the Stakeholders (BU and Group), • Participate in establishing the project governance (roles and responsibilities, instances, milestones, etc.) and bring awareness to the business stakeholders on how an IT roll-out project is supposed to go, • Introduce the Solution to the BU (Demo), • Establish the scope of the project by organizing a gap fit analysis, including any gap with BU existing solutions, • Identify the potential dependencies on Group and/or local tools to roll-out your solution, • Participate in building the roll-out project planning, • Prepare and animate the various project instances, • Liaise with the Solution Development team to identify and validate any Solution adjustment within the application itself but also to address potential dependencies, ensuring consistency with Group Marketing and IT Strategies BU and user Acceptance Testing You completely master the solution you roll-out and the related BU end-to-end use cases (including dependencies). Participate in managing / Driving / Assisting Acceptance test phase by User / BU for Solution in scope. This can be adjusted according to the context of the integration within the BU / with the solution / services in scope Change management The deployment of a new solution in the business units may constitute a significant change from their current way of working and it is important that the change process is as smooth as possible, as not to disrupt the operations and / or generate customer service contacts. BU business stakeholders are often not familiar with IT projects, and they will need assistance from the roll-out project manager. In this area, your mission is to facilitate the change management within the Business Unit. Activities include, but are not limited to: • Train the end users,, • Provide user guide and ensure it is up to date, • Coordinating with the Marketing department for the supply of documentation and visuals for the Group Solution promotion, and helping with internal communications, • Maintaining the Solution documentation and ensuring its evolution along product lifecycle Cross Disciplinary Orchestration You are the principal point of contact for the BU to ensure clear lines of communication with the following departments: • Digital Solution Product teams, • Group Testing Teams, • IT Process / Operations / Architecture / Data, • Marketing, • Legal Technical environment Languages: Java, JavaScript, Linux, Apache, Tomcat, Kubernetes, PostgreSQL, MySQL web services (Rest API, json format), JIRA, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, Google Analytics About You You are expected to have a minimum of 2 years successful experience as an IT project manager in an international and multicultural environment, taking part in IT products roll-out. You have demonstrated an ability to comprehend complex IT architecture/environments/processes and orchestrate multiple activities across the various disciplines in high pressure situations and maintain the impetus of your allocated project. Good communication skills in an English-speaking environment are essential for this role as this is the only common language between all parties. You will be required to prepare written materials for training and demonstration purposes and for project management reporting and meeting/video call records. You should be familiar with IT Product and Project Management and know the complete lifecycles and different digital solution implementation methods. This will require you to demonstrate a good level of curiosity in the Geopost ecosystem and the IT community in general. We are aware that the onboarding requires a minimum period of adjustment and Geopost will provide you with the relevant assistance, however we expect rapid autonomy in acquiring information to ensure that you are ready to fulfil the role as Roll-out manager. Key skills: • Fluent English is mandatory., • Efficient communication skills, written and oral, with various stakeholders (IT, Marketing, Operations, Finance, BU stakeholders, etc.), • Interpersonal skills, team player, • Comfortable with matrix organization, ability to navigate complex environments (modular IT architecture) and manage multi-dependencies, • Be proactive, autonomous, escalate when needed, • Ability to analyse, prioritize, synthesize and bridge between business and technical aspects of the projects., • Data analysis deep dive, • End to end functional testing experience, • Good Knowledge of common IT architecture, • Minimum technical background allowing a good understanding of complex modular ecosystems, • “Customer" and "service quality" orientation. Not mandatory but highly appreciated skills: • Experiencein B2B/2B2C notifications tools Travel Requirements: • Business trips (mostly in Europe) would be expected (up to 20%) Why join us ?
