Type: Senior Partner Location: Country-specific (France, Germany or Benelux) Compensation: Retainer + revenue share + equity participation in select ventures Overview We are building a distributed, operator-led commerce technology network across SaaS platforms, system integrators, and high-growth brands. We’re looking for Senior Partners in key markets who bring deep eCommerce and technology experience, combined with a strong local network, to help shape how modern commerce infrastructure is selected, implemented, and scaled. This sits within Pion333rs, a growth incubator built from world-class operators across commerce and SaaS, focused on building partner-led GTM engines, product strategy, and ecosystem growth for leading platforms and brands. This is not a marketing or performance role. This is a commerce technology, architecture, and ecosystem advisory position. The Role As a Senior Partner, you act as: • A local operator voice on commerce technology decisions, • A connector across brands, agencies, and SaaS platforms, • A strategic advisor on commerce architecture, tooling, and stack design, • Bring a trusted network of:, • eCommerce Directors / Heads of Digital / CTO-level commerce stakeholders, • System integrators and commerce agencies, • Technology partners across the commerce stack, • Create warm introductions into brands and partners, • Support ecosystem development in your region (roundtables, operator sessions, curated events), • Act as a local credibility layer in enterprise and mid-market conversations2) Commerce Technology & Architecture Advisory, • Advise on platform selection and stack design across:, • Shopify / Shopify Plus, • Centra / Salesforce Commerce Cloud / BigCommerce, • Composable and headless architectures, • PIM, OMS, search & discovery, personalisation layers, • Support solution architecture framing for new implementations and replatforming projects, • Contribute to packaging, solution bundles, and reference architectures, • Feed operator insight into SaaS product roadmaps3) Partner Ecosystem & Implementation Layer, • Help define and validate lighthouse implementation partners in your region, • Support development of repeatable delivery models across SIs and agencies, • Ensure alignment between product capability and implementation reality, • Contribute to partner enablement and commercial frameworks4) Commercial & Product Positioning (Technology-Led), • Support enterprise and mid-market sales narratives from a product and architecture standpoint, • Help position platforms against Shopify, Salesforce, SAP, composable stacks, • Provide input into RFP responses, solution design, and technical positioning, • Guide market entry strategies for SaaS platforms expanding into your geography5) The Future of Commerce Infrastructure, • Provide operator input into emerging areas such as:, • AI-driven storefronts and agentic commerce, • Unified catalog and data layers, • Internationalisation and multi-market infrastructure, • Composable vs platform-first architectures, • A former eCommerce Director, Head of eCommerce, Digital Director, or Commerce Technology Lead, • With hands-on experience across platform selection, replatforming, and commerce stack design, • Comfortable operating across:, • D2C, wholesale, and omnichannel models, • International and multi-market setups, • Complex catalog, pricing, and fulfilment environments, • Commercially aware — you understand margin structures, operational complexity, and scalability Most importantly: You have a strong, active network in your local country/region and are a credible voice in commerce technology decisions.
