Head Waiter / Waitress
As head waiter/waitress at Funky Cellar you will greet and serve customers whilst also providing information when required about the food menu, the wine list and general information about Funky Cellar. You will need to be able to multi-task, as you will need to follow all your orders, run the food and serve the drinks, as well as collecting bills. It will be your role to accompany the customers from beginning to end, therefore your main responsibility will be to generate a good experience for the customers whilst working hand in hand with the cooks and the assistant manager to do so. During busier hours/days there will be part-time employees which will aid you in accomplishing all these missions and lighten the work load. Starting from September.

Funky Cellar is many things at once. It is a cheese and wine shop, as well as a deli, where you can also taste all the products sold in some fusion tapas with some organic and biodynamic wines, and can buy all the furniture and decoration.
