Pizza Chef

• A team player with a positive attitude and enthusiastic in all thing’s Neapolitan pizza

• A proven track record gained in a busy restaurant environment, ideally minimum 12months managing or leading a team in a similar environment

• Experience in Neapolitan pizza is a positive, but not essential

• Someone who takes pride in their work serving food to the highest standards

The ideal candidate will have the following knowledge:

• Stock rotation

• Ordering

• Excellent communication skills

• Capable of working under pressure

• Desire to learn

• Lead by example

• Hard working and Committed

• Understanding of Labour and Stocks results – however training can be provided

• Experience working with a Wood-fired/Gas oven

• Maintain high H&S and Food hygiene standards
