Your Role: • Collaborate closely with the class teacher to deliver an engaging EYFS curriculum, supporting both individual and small group activities, • Provide responsive support to children, fostering their social, emotional, and academic development both inside and outside the classroom, • Contribute to creating a warm, inclusive learning environment that encourages curiosity, confidence, and independence, • Monitor and assess childrens progress, providing valuable insights to tailor learning experiences to individual needs, • Assist in planning, preparing, and organising educational resources to maintain a stimulating and well-structured classroom environment, • Engage with parents, carers, and colleagues to ensure each childs well-being and development are supported, • Implement positive behaviour management strategies to help children build strong social and emotional skillsIdeal Candidate:, • Holds a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent), • Proven experience in an EYFS setting with a solid understanding of the EYFS framework and child development, • A genuine passion for supporting young childrens learning and development, • Patient, empathetic, adaptable, with excellent communication skills, • A strong team player who thrives in a collaborative environment, • Confident in implementing behaviour management strategies and maintaining a positive classroom atmosphereRequirements:, • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one), • Two recent, relevant references
