Role Summary: • Working location: Farringdon, London., • Working set-up: 5 days per week in office (during probation) 3 days per week in office thereafter. Key Responsibilities: 1. HR Business Support & Employee Interface: • Act as the primary point of contact for employees and managers within the assigned perimeter., • Manage and support the resolution of employee queries in accordance with SLAs via ServiceNow., • Support low-risk employee relations matters, including monitoring and tracking probation periods (renewal and termination) and taking meeting notes., • Lead employee HR induction sessions. 2. Employee Lifecycle Management: • Manage and track the full employee lifecycle, including issuing contractual updates and official letters., • Monitor and track probation periods, fixed-term contracts, entries, and exits., • Oversee visa, residence permit, and status renewals. 3. HR Administration & Compliance • Ensure all right-to-work and imposter checks are completed and compliant., • Support internal and external HR audit activities., • Ensure compliance with internal policies and legal requirements related to employment documentation. 4. HR Systems & Data Management • Ensure employee records and HRIS (SAP) data are accurate and up to date., • Monitor SAP data using reports (e.g., deadline monitoring for entries/exits, probation periods, fixed-term contracts, foreign status)., • Enter, check, and validate absences (absence requests and timesheets) in the VISION portal. 5. Payroll Support • Provide accurate and timely inputs to support the payroll process. 6. Process Improvement & Team Support • Support continuous improvement initiatives, including policy and process updates., • Participate in the training and onboarding of new HR Administrative Assistants. Qualifications and Skills: • Bachelors degree., • CIPD qualified (preferred not essential).
