Client Executive • Location: Camberley, • Job Type: Full-time, Office-based, • Hours: 35 hours per week, Mon – Fri 9-5, 1-hour lunch Day-to-day of the role: Client-Facing Duties • Act as the first point of contact for clients purchasing residential property, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience., • Lead client onboarding including AML checks, estimates, and terms of business., • Oversee a smooth transition to the legal team for file opening and source of funds verification., • Work closely with our partnered Estate Agents for a seamless property transaction., • Set up payments in coordination with fee earners., • Liaise with the accountant on payroll, VAT, month-end, and year-end processes., • Manage day-to-day office operations and support the team with administrative tasks., • Ensure processes are followed and improved where needed., • Experience in a legal, property, or professional services background., • Confident communicator who enjoys working with people and building client relationships., • Organised, proactive, and process-driven., • Comfortable working independently and taking ownership., • Competitive salary package., • Opportunity to work in a close-knit, supportive environment.
