How you'll make an impact With the above in mind, the role will involve: • Handling all claim enquiries from First Notification to Settlement via telephone and email., • Responding to insurance-related queries in a timely and professional manner., • Assisting with the placement of cover., • Building and maintaining your knowledge of the market, insurance practices, legislation, and other technical areas., • Managing claims efficiently and ensuring the system is updated with all relevant information., • Balancing your workload to provide prompt and expert service to the client.
