Shift Manager Responsibilities: • Oversee daily multi-drop delivery operations and driver teams., • Manage driver schedules, routes, and vehicle allocation., • Monitor delivery performance, ensuring targets are met and issues are resolved promptly., • Provide guidance and support to drivers, fostering a positive and productive work environment., • Ensure compliance with all transport regulations and company policies., • Assist with driver training and performance reviews. Shift Manager Requirements: • Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within logistics or transport operations., • Strong leadership and communication skills., • Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills., • Proficiency in route planning software and logistics management systems., • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks. We’re connecting reliable, professional cleaners with residential and commercial clients across the county and we're looking for self-employed cleaners to join our network! We handle the enquiries, match you with clients, and take care of the admin. You focus on doing what you do best!
