We are working with a warm and welcoming SEN school that support pupils with social, emotional, and mental health needs (SEMH) and a range of additional needs. The Role: Primary SEN Teacher - Specialist Provision (SEMH) • Teaching a small class of primary-aged pupils with SEMH and additional needs, • Delivering a creative, adaptable and engaging lessons tailored to individual learning styles, • Supporting pupils who experience behavioural challenges or barriers to education, • Working closely with a team to support EHCP outcomes, • Qualified Teacher (QTS or equivalent), • Experience working with SEN, SEMH, or alternative provision (PRU/AP) settings, • Calm, patient, and emotionally resilient approach, • Strong behaviour management and relationship-building skills, • Small class sizes and high staff-to-pupil ratios, • Therapeutic, relationship-focused approach to education, • Supportive leadership and collaborative team culture, • Opportunity to make a real, lasting impact on pupils lives If you're interested in this position, please apply now by submitting your CV to this advert.
