All about the role: We are looking for a Teaching Assistant who preferably has ELSA (Emotional Literacy Support Assistant) or Thrive experience to play a key role in the emotional development and wellbeing of our students. The successful candidate will work closely with staff, parents, and external professionals to create tailored intervention plans and offer one-to-one or small group support. We place a high value on children's emotional well-being and we are looking for people who share our vision that children need to be emotionally happy to be able to achieve highly. We work therapeutically with our children in enabling them to achieve this.
