You will support the Engineering Manager in creating a long-term strategy for the senior engineering team which will give them the best chance of success. Where will you be doing it? They have direct experience of working on control and functional safety system projects across the nuclear industry. What will you need? You will need at least 10 years of either Electrical, Software and Control System engineering development experience with demonstrable experience of leading teams in a project environment with a proven track record of delivering successful systems.
