This is a key role in assisting AIB to grow in the UK Corporate Market. You will be working with senior internal stakeholders to grow the asset finance proposition. The role of Relationship Director Asset Finance supports the Bank's strategic direction through the development of new business income streams by deploying Asset Finance and ABL products across the bank's chosen sectors. The role holder will create and maintain strong customer relationships as well as working with key internal and external stakeholders to deliver solutions that work for all parties. The successful applicant will need to have strong credit skills with the ability to interpret and understand key financial indicators. Strategic sales planning and a deep understanding of the industry and the competitor landscape are essential to being successful in this role. • This is a key role in assisting AIB to grow in the UK Corporate Market., • You will be working with senior internal stakeholders to grow the asset finance proposition., • The Primary Focus for this role will be to originate new to bank business as well as the management of internal new business generation by working closely with colleagues in AIB UK Corporate., • Collaborates: Building partnerships and working collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives., • Customer First: Building strong customer relationships and delivering customer‑centric solutions., • Drives Progress: Interpreting and applying understanding of key financial indicators to make better business decisions., • Customer Acquisition and Development: Proactively identifies potential customers and builds a healthy pipeline; converts pipeline focusing on tailored customer need; nurtures relationships and builds value to develop and grow customer accounts., • Credit Risk Analysis: Functions as a trusted advisor regarding relevant markets, business strategies and operating and/or risk and control environments to advise the business on solutions relating to own area of expertise., • Industry and Competitor Knowledge: Demonstrates hands‑on knowledge of the industry such as future trends, deep knowledge of competitors, and/or applicable regulatory and accounting requirements, and, through this knowledge, analyses relevant inf., • Business Development: Creates competitive and breakthrough sales strategies and plans, anticipating future consequences and trends accurately., • Strong market expertise in the UK Corporate Asset Finance Market., • Experience in the implementation of sales and marketing strategies to achieve agreed sales targets., • Proven experience in the origination, operation and structuring of Receivables financing structures, and unit stocking facilities., • Sound understanding of the UK Corporate Asset Finance market including a well‑developed knowledge of all financial, regulatory and technical aspects., • Proven new business origination capability either individually or as part of a winning team., • Ability to build and maintain relationships within a complex framework of stakeholders., • Market leading Pension Scheme, • Healthcare Scheme, • Variable Pay, • Employee Assistance Programme, • Family leave options, • Two volunteer days per year #J-18808-Ljbffr
