About The Role Imagine this Its late at night at West Farm. Outside, the fields are quiet, but inside, a young person cant sleep anxiety is keeping them awake. Youre there, the calm and steady presence, ready to listen, reassure, and make sure the environment feels safe. You patrol the building, keep watch over the grounds, and deal calmly with anything that arises. Your presence means young people can rest, knowing someone is always there to keep them safe. As Night Concierge, youre the guardian of both security and compassion, offering reassurance, responding to emergencies, and keeping the service safe overnight. You will assess the needs of our residents to offer support, building trust and help them throughout the night providing a safe space. You will engage and encourage residents to follow house rules and to avoid inappropriate behaviour. What youll be doing Provide on-site overnight cover to keep the service safe and secure. Be a trusted point of contact for young people outside of support hours. Monitor CCTV, patrol the grounds, and complete safety checks.
