You’ll become the go-to person for sorting out any onboarding issues—especially around KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) checks—making sure investments can go through without delays. On top of that, you’ll support investors with their questions, helping them solve any issues quickly and ensuring they have a seamless experience.
