We work with businesses across construction, facilities management, logistics, manufacturing, engineering and field services throughout the UK. The Opportunity We are looking for motivated, confident and enthusiastic Telesales Executives to join our growing sales team. Your primary responsibility will be to generate qualified appointments for our Business Development Managers by contacting prospective businesses, introducing our software solutions and identifying sales opportunities. This is not a hard-selling role. Your objective is to build interest, qualify prospects and arrange product demonstrations with key decision-makers. Success in this role comes from consistency, resilience, professionalism and a positive attitude. Key Responsibilities • Make 100+ outbound B2B calls per day., • Contact business owners, directors, operations managers and health & safety managers., • Introduce jobmate and jobsafe using approved sales scripts., • Identify customer challenges and qualify potential opportunities., • Book online product demonstrations for the Business Development team., • Send follow-up emails and product information., • Follow the company's 4-touch follow-up process., • Record all customer activity accurately within the CRM., • Work from daily calling lists and marketing campaigns., • Achieve individual and team KPIs., • Attend regular sales coaching sessions and team meetings. Skills & Experience Essential • Excellent telephone manner., • Clear and confident communication skills., • Ability to build rapport quickly., • Positive attitude with a resilient and self-motivated approach., • Strong listening and questioning skills., • Good organisational and time management skills., • Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office., • Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
