Job Title: 2D Artworker Location: Leicester, UK Salary: £32,000 - £35,000 Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time Job Ref: 40219 The Company A leading retail design studio is seeking a technically strong 2D Artworker to support the delivery of high-quality artwork for global beauty, health, and fragrance brands. This role sits firmly on the production and delivery side of the studio, supporting a business committed to sustainability and precision-led design execution. The Role As a 2D Artworker, you’ll be responsible for translating approved designs into accurate, technically robust, print-ready artwork for retail displays and POS. This role is less about generating creative concepts and more about ensuring flawless execution, working closely with production teams, suppliers, and account managers to meet brand and technical standards. What You’ll Be Doing • Producing highly accurate, print-ready artwork across multiple formats, materials, and substrates, • Rolling out and adapting existing brand assets across a wide range of retail touchpoints, • Preparing, checking, and finalising production files to tight specifications, • Managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, delivery-focused studio, • Acting as a technical bridge between creative, account, and production teams to ensure smooth handover and execution What They’re Looking For • An experienced technical 2D Artworker from a retail, brand, or experiential environment, • Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), with a production-first mindset, • Strong understanding of print processes, file setup, artwork adaptation, and brand consistency, • Extremely detail-oriented, organised, and confident working under pressure, • Bonus: Experience within beauty or fragrance, large-format print, or sustainable materials What’s On Offer • Work with prestigious global brands, • A hands-on studio environment with close access to production, • The opportunity to see projects through from artwork to installation, • A team that values technical accuracy, quality, and sustainability as much as design About Us?
