What you’ll be doing: Taking the lead on the day-to-day management and continuous improvement of our intranet (Hive), ensuring it’s engaging, user-friendly and accessible for all colleagues Supporting and empowering a network of Hive administrators across the organisation Creating compelling content across multiple channels — including intranet, video, social media, blogs and more Designing eye-catching visuals and campaign assets aligned to our brand Supporting internal communications campaigns and key transformation projects Producing and editing video content to enhance storytelling and engagement Partnering with teams across the business to encourage collaboration and content sharing Monitoring performance and helping demonstrate the impact of communications activity What we’re looking for: Experience (2+ years) in a communications or digital content role A natural storyteller with exceptional writing and proofreading skills Strong creative and design capability (Adobe Creative Cloud experience is highly desirable) Confidence creating content across formats, including video and multimedia Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines A collaborative, approachable team player who can build relationships at all levels A keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality work Flexibility to occasionally work outside standard hours when needed Why join us?
