The Role: As a Health and Safety Advisor, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring compliance across local sites while promoting a strong health and safety culture. With the freedom to manage your own diary, you’ll have autonomy in your role and the opportunity to make a real impact within a growing division. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations., • Develop and implement site-specific risk assessments and method statements (RAMS)., • Provide training, guidance, and support to site teams on health and safety matters., • Investigate incidents and accidents, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions., • Promote a proactive health and safety culture across all levels of the business., • Collaborate with site teams and senior management to drive continuous improvements in health and safety performance.
