They are seeking a strategic and commercially focused Director of Revenue to lead revenue performance across a regional portfolio. In this role, you will oversee pricing strategy, market analysis, and revenue optimisation, while managing and developing a team of Revenue Managers. You will work closely with regional, sales, marketing, and operations teams to deliver data-driven strategies that maximise revenue per available room, occupancy, average daily rate, and overall profitability. Ideal candidates will bring strong leadership experience, advanced analytical skills, and a proven ability to drive revenue growth within the hospitality. The nuts and bolts of the role: • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Revenue Managers responsible for a portfolio of properties, • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing feedback to strengthen team capability and effectiveness, • Partner with regional revenue leads to design and implement tailored strategies aligned with business objectives, • Analyse market trends, competitor pricing, and consumer behaviour to identify revenue opportunities and refine pricing strategies, • Monitor key performance indicators including revenue performance, occupancy, average rate, length of stay, and cost of sales, • Prepare and present detailed performance reports and strategic insights to senior leadership, • Lead regular forecasting processes to adapt strategies based on market dynamics and property performance, • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure revenue strategy is integrated across the business, • Support the development of promotional campaigns, packages, and pricing initiatives to maximise revenue potential, • Lead the revenue budgeting process for the portfolio, ensuring accurate forecasting informed by market conditions and historical trends, • Proactively adjust revenue strategies in response to changing market conditions and performance data, • Monitor budget performance and report on variances to senior leadership in a timely manner, • Leverage revenue management systems and analytics tools to enhance decision-making and execution, • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred, • 5+ years of experience in revenue management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role within the hospitality or serviced accommodation sector, • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in revenue management systems and data analysis tools (e.g., RMS platforms, market intelligence tools, BI tools), • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and managing high-performing teams, • Paid family leave (after qualifying period), • Flexible working patterns, • Bonus scheme rewarding high performance, tied to individual and property goals, • Discounted overnight stays for you, your family, and friends, • Refer and earn scheme, • Cycle to work scheme, • Education support to help you develop new skills, • Volunteer days: 2 paid days per year, • Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) for you and your family JBRP1_UKTJ
