Your work will be guided by the OFG Occupational Therapy Ways of Working, ensuring clarity of expectations and adherence to professional standards. As Part Of Your Role, You Will Hold a clinical caseload with support from your site’s Lead Therapist Deliver individualised interventions and support staff with strategies Contribute to whole-school planning, training, and development initiatives Essential What we’re looking for: Degree in Occupational Therapy HCPC registration and RCOT membership Experience in settings supporting neurodivergent individuals or those with SEMH needs Strong understanding of OT theory and practice Excellent communication, clinical reasoning and team collaboration skills Experience working with families, carers and across multidisciplinary teams Sound knowledge of neurodevelopment, trauma-informed practice and sensory integration Desirable 3+ years post-qualification experience Postgraduate training in Sensory Integration and/or developmental trauma Experience supporting students or therapy assistants At Outcomes First Group we are committed to the safeguarding and promoting the welfare of our pupils and young people.
