Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports. Handle the processing of all orders, customer requests with accuracy and timeliness. Proper handling of returned goods and reports based on the same. Assist in the preparation and organising of promotional material or events. Take all the possible efforts to improve the customer journey and experience closely with the Business Development team. Ensure adherence to business laws and policies.
