Resourcing Coordinator Full Time (40 hours) | 5 out of 7 - Mostly Monday to Friday Are you a proactive recruiter who loves finding great people before anyone else does? As a Resourcing Coordinator , youll play a key role in headhunting, direct sourcing and building strong talent pipelines across Lexington. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys searching, networking and engaging talent, not just posting ads and waiting. Reporting to the Resourcing Manager, youll support the delivery of our talent and resourcing strategy, owning the end-to-end recruitment cycle and ensuring a high-quality experience for both candidates and hiring managers. What youll be doing Proactively headhunting and direct sourcing candidates using CV databases, job boards, LinkedIn and networking Building and maintaining strong talent pipelines for current and future roles across the business Supporting hiring managers with screening, shortlisting and selection decisions Creating, posting and managing job adverts across our ATS, internal platforms and external job boards Managing the recruitment process end to end, from attraction through to offer and induction Coordinating interviews, trial shifts and assessment activity Acting as a key point of contact for candidates, ensuring a clear, engaging and professional experience at every stage Building strong relationships with site managers, operations teams and head office functions to understand hiring needs first-hand Managing relationships with external partners including job boards, agencies, job centres and job fairs Supporting onboarding by working closely with HR & Payroll to ensure new starters are set up smoothly Maintaining accurate recruitment data and providing regular updates and reports to the Talent & Resourcing Manager Supporting the wider Client Support Team and deputising for Staffing Managers when required What youll bring to the team Experience in resourcing, recruitment or talent acquisition , ideally within hospitality A genuine interest in headhunting and direct sourcing , with confidence approaching and engaging candidates Strong organisation, communication and stakeholder management skills A candidate-first mindset with excellent attention to detail Confidence using ATS systems, CV databases and job boards The ability to manage multiple roles and priorities at once This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being proactive, building talent pools and making a real impact on how teams are built across the business.
