Role: General Manager Location: Bromley, office-based Hours: 9:00am–5:30pm, Monday to Friday, with occasional evening and weekend work for webinars/events Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 S Doran Ltd is a rapidly expanding property investment training company. The Role: The General Manager will work directly with the Founder to oversee the daily operations of the company and ensure every department is performing efficiently and effectively. This is an on-site leadership role based in Bromley, managing core functions across marketing, operations, finance, and sales. You’ll be responsible for building systems, hiring and managing staff, implementing performance metrics, and ensuring smooth execution across all departments. Your role is to bring order, accountability, and measurable progress to a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee all departments: marketing, operations, sales, and finance., • Implement and manage systems for tracking performance and KPIs., • Recruit, train, and manage team members as the business scales., • Report directly to the Founder with regular performance and financial updates., • Work closely with marketing to ensure campaigns, webinars, and launches run, • seamlessly., • Drive efficiency through processes, automation, and clear communication., • Manage cross-departmental alignment to ensure company-wide goals are met., • Take ownership of business projects from planning to completion., • Maintain strong cost control and ensure profitability targets are achieved. You’ll Need to Be: • Super-organised. Experience & Skills • Strong understanding of marketing, sales processes, and operational systems., • Confident working with KPIs, financial reports, and performance metrics., • Experience managing multi-channel campaigns and coordinating multiple teams., • Excellent communication and leadership skills. Tech-proficient with: • Monday.com (project management), • HubSpot (CRM and automation), • Kajabi (course platform), • Demio (webinar hosting), • Slack (team communication) Location & Working Style: This is a full-time, in-person role based at our Bromley office. As well as being in-person, this is a hands-on role – not remote, not advisory. You’ll be working directly with the Founder to scale the company rapidly.
