You’ll report directly to the Company Director and be responsible for amongst other things, ensuring high cleaning standards, training staff, conducting risk assessments, and providing cover cleaning when needed. This is a hands-on supervisory role that requires a proactive, professional, and disciplined individual. You will have access to a company van for work-related travel, so a valid manual UK driving licence is essential.
