Track bid progress, monitor outcomes, and provide feedback to improve future estimating performance. Ensure compliance with relevant utility adoption standards and client requirements. Essential Skills & Experience Proven experience in estimating water sector projects, ideally within utilities or infrastructure. Strong understanding of waterworks: mains, service connections, reinstatement, and excavation scopes. Confident in producing take-offs, preparing tenders and managing commercial inputs. Excellent IT skills, particularly Excel and estimating tools; strong numerical and analytical ability. Clear communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional internal teams. Strong commercial awareness, attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Desirable Skills Exposure to electricity, gas or multi-utility estimating.
