Are you an experienced apprenticeship professional with strong sector knowledge and a passion for supporting learners to succeed? We’re looking for an Apprenticeship Coordinator to support the delivery, progression, and successful completion of apprenticeships within the Network Cable Installer standard. This role plays a key part in ensuring apprentices are supported from induction through to gateway, while maintaining high standards of quality, compliance, and learner engagement. Working closely with delivery teams and the Contract Manager, you’ll combine training delivery, assessment support, and learner mentoring to help apprentices achieve positive outcomes. • Supporting apprentices throughout their programme, from induction to successful gateway, • Delivering underpinning knowledge training, including Functional Skills and ERRS where required, • Conducting regular progress reviews in line with ESFA and company requirements, • Assessing learner work and providing timely, constructive feedback, • Acting as a mentor and coach, offering advice, guidance, and pastoral support, • Maintaining accurate, compliant learner records and apprenticeship documentation, • Supporting quality assurance, standardisation, and continuous improvement activity • Level 4 Assessor Coach and/or Learning & Skills Teacher qualification (or willingness to work towards), • Sector competence within Network Cable Installer or a closely related technical field, • Experience delivering or assessing apprenticeships in an FE, WBL, or DfE-funded environment, • Strong communication, organisation, and learner-support skills, • A positive, flexible approach with a commitment to high-quality delivery • 25 days’ holiday + bank holidays + discretionary Christmas closedown, • Enhanced sick, maternity, and paternity pay, • Paid compassionate leave, • Perkbox membership The Colleges’ Partnership is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people, and vulnerable adults.
