IFA Administrator to Senior Financial Planner Location: Leicester Salary: up to Β£35,000 experience dependantThe RoleAn excellent opportunity has arisen for a highly professional, discreet, and exceptionally organised Executive PA to provide dedicated support to a Senior Financial Planner within a growing financial Planning organisation.This is a pivotal, high-trust role combining senior-level executive support with hands-on IFA technical and administrative responsibilities. You will work closely with senior leadership, ensuring day-to-day operations run seamlessly while supporting client management, compliance, and strategic priorities. This position is ideal for an experienced Financial Services administrator who is ready to step into a senior, influential role supporting a key decision-maker within the business.Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive PA SupportProvide comprehensive diary, inbox, and task management, ensuring the Advisers time is used effectivelyAct as a trusted gatekeeper and first point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and internal teamsManage confidential and sensitive information with absolute discretionPrepare meeting packs, briefing notes, agendas, and follow-up actionsHandle internal and external communications in a polished, professional mannerCoordinate meetings, events, travel, and leadership engagementsSupport the Adviser with strategic initiatives, business projects, and time-critical prioritiesIFA Technical & Administrative SupportProcess Letters of Authority (LOAs) and liaise with product providersPrepare valuations, portfolio comparisons, and cashflow modelling inputsManage attitude-to-risk questionnaires and support suitability documentationPrepare client meeting packs for new and existing clientsProcess new business applications in line with FCA and internal compliance requirementsTrack applications through to completion, resolving provider queries and updating clients and AdviserCarry out fund switches and no action suitability letters where requiredManage Adviser diary bookings for client meetingsHandle death claims with sensitivity, empathy, and professionalismMaintain compliance with FCA regulations, the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000, and all AML, TCF, and financial crime proceduresStay up to date with legislative, product, and industry developmentsExperience & Skills RequiredEssential ExperienceMinimum 5 years administration experience, including at least 2 years within Financial Services (IFA experience essential)Proven experience supporting senior leadership in a high-responsibility role requiring discretion and sound judgementStrong working knowledge of IFA administration processes, compliance requirements, and provider interactionsSkills & AttributesExceptional professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detailHighly organised and proactive, with the ability to manage competing prioritiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong IT skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and OutlookExperience using Curo back-office systems would be a distinct advantageAble to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standardsCalm, adaptable, and confident in fast-paced environmentsPositive, solutions-focused team player with a continuous improvement mindsetThis is a rare opportunity to step into a senior Executive PA role within financial services, offering influence, responsibility, and the chance to work closely with senior leadership in a respected IFA environment.Please note: Due to a high volume of applications, if your CV does not reflect the essential requirements, or you answer no to key screening questions, we may not be able to contact you.JBRP1_UKTJ
