Senior Business Development Manager / Sales Director (Façades, Fire Safety & Building Envelope Solutions) Our client is a innovative and growth-focused company in the built environment sector, we're recruiting a senior sales leader to drive new business across fire safety, façades, architectural cladding/glazing and retrofit opportunities. The Opportunity * Lead business development and sales growth across new build, retrofit & repurposing projects. * Own the sales pipeline: from new client acquisition, key accounts, through to securing high-value contracts. * Build and maintain trusted relationships with consultants, developers, investors, project managers, surveyors. * Work closely with senior leadership and technical teams to align sales and strategy. * Represent the client at industry forums, exhibitions, and other high-profile events. You Should Have * A strong, proven track record in B2B / B2C sales, ideally in façade / cladding / glazing / fire safety sectors. * Experience of specification-led sales and influencing at technical and board level. * Skilled at navigating procurement in both private and public sectors. * Excellent communicator and negotiator; capable of closing complex deals. * Proficiency with CRM/tools such as HubSpot. Desirable but not essential: technical understanding of façade systems, glazing, compliance & performance principles.
