Also having strong hands-on hardware troubleshooting and repair skills, including fixing network connections and replacing parts is a must! Using Excel to document and analysing data aswell as the ability to pull data from shopfloor systems and analyse hardware-related parameters is preferred. Knowledge of consumer electronics and iOS devices is preferred. Strong analytical and diagnostic abilities to identify and resolve complex hardware issues.
