Our Deputy Kitchen Manager are responsible for delivering an efficient, effective and profitable kitchen service that complies with all Health & Food Safety requirements. You will lead, develop and motivate your team of Line Chefs, to create a positive work culture and ensure all brand and company objectives are met. The role reports directly to the Kitchen Manager and is part of a team based from our attractive hotel in Gatwick Aiport Deputy Kitchen Manager responsibilities will include: Leading the kitchen function at the hotel Leading, motivating, and developing all line chefs to support continuing service excellence, safety, and demonstration of company values and culture. Review guest feedback frequently and seek new, innovative ways to improve the guest experience. Managing all kitchen-related office administration and third-party contractors. Partnering with other functional leaders within the hotel to ensure smooth operation across departments to enhance levels of guest service. MonAmi Lounge is looking for a Bartender to join our team. We are looking for someone who is reliable, punctual, and has the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for someone will at least 2 years of bar and cocktail experience. Responsibilities - Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons - Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks - Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations - Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails - Plan and present bar menu - Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age - Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies - Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience - Comply with all food and beverage regulations Desired Experience & Skills - Resume describing work experience, special skills etc. and relevant years of experience - Proven experience as a bartender that included experience as a bartender trainee, line cook, assistant bartender, etc. - Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing, serving drinks and table-setting guidelines - Ability to create unique cocktails with originality and creativity - Knowledge of many different types of drinks along with their proper garnishes Job Type: Full-time Expected hours: 40-60 hours per week Salary: £21000 - 24000 annually depending on experience
