Position: Academic Campus Coordinator Location: ON-SITE, London UK Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: up to £55,000 per annum Job Overview: As an Academic Campus Coordinator, you will oversee all operational aspects of the campus, ensuring it runs smoothly and efficiently. This includes direct line management of different Student Support Teams, as well as close collaboration with academic and administrative departments. Reporting to the Dean, you will play a key role in maintaining the effective day-to-day running of the campus and upholding academic and operational standards. Academic Management: • To oversee all academic activities on campus, including curriculum delivery, student assessments, and adherence to academic standards, • To work in collaboration with the Head of Academics and the Dean to ensure that all NCG standards and expectations are being met, • To monitor the performance of lecturers, ensuring quality teaching and compliance with established academic guidelines, • To support and guide the Talent Acquisition team in recruiting suitable candidates for academic and operational roles, • To ensure the staff and student inductions are appropriately planned and delivered within the sites according to company policies and procedures whilst keeping relevant records, • To line manage the Student Support Team, Wellbeing Officer, Receptionists, and Resource Planning Officer, ensuring effective planning and coordination of academic delivery and teaching resources across all programmes, • To oversee the preparation and finalisation of academic timetables in collaboration with the Resource Planning Officer, ensuring that all lecturer allocations are completed accurately and well in advance of the semester start, • To liaise with the Head of Academics and Programme Leads to ensure teaching coverage, workload balance, and scheduling align with academic and institutional requirement Team Management: • To provide effective leadership, guidance, and support to lecturers, the Student Support Team, Wellbeing Officer, Receptionist and the Resource Planning Officer, ensuring strong collaboration across academic and administrative functions, • To regularly monitor staff performance and report/feedback to relevant departments, • To attend all relevant meetings and training sessions set to improve performance, communication as well as personal development, • To resolve staff queries and concerns related to academic operations, fostering a collaborative work environment Performance Monitoring and Reporting: • Formulate monthly reports on sites and programme highlighting achievements and areas for improvement, together with appropriate actions taken Examination Management: • To work closely with the Assessment Team to plan and deliver in-person examinations, including scheduling, room allocation, and invigilation arrangements, • To ensure effective communication between academic teams, invigilators, and administrative staff during examination periods, • To oversee the implementation of quality assurance and academic integrity procedures throughout all assessment and examination processes, • To monitor compliance with institutional standards in assessment design and conduct, • Ensure timely administration of assessments in accordance with academic calendars Education and Qualifications: • Minimum of a master’s degree in education, business, or related fields, • Proven experience in educational management in similar roles, • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others, • Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities, • Sound knowledge of safeguarding policies and procedures, • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, • Ability to remain calm and composed during emergencies and busy times, • Familiarity with relevant regulations and compliance standards in the higher education sector, • Commitment to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion within the campus community Benefits: • Annual leave (5.6 weeks), including bank holidays., • Workplace pension scheme., • Statutory Sick Pay., • Statutory maternity/paternity pays., • Career development opportunities, • Training and self-development opportunities., • Gym membership discounts, • Retail discount schemes, • Cinema discounts, • Grocery discounts, • Cycle to work, • Investing and savings opportunities, • Financial wellbeing – personal debt advice, • Financial wellbeing education, • My Mind Pal (mental fitness
