An opportunity has arisen for a full-time Reception Supervisor who is head and shoulders above the rest! Your shift pattern will include both early, late and middle shifts and will involve you working one weekend in three. You will also be responsible for safely evacuating the reception area in the event of a fire or emergency and also for training the Reception team to be able to do so in your absence. Who are we looking for? The ideal candidate must have had previous experience in a similar high end establishment and ideally within the hospitality and leisure industry. You should ideally have a minimum of 2 years of experience of leading a small team and should have excellent communication skills along with customer service levels that are second to none. An excellent telephone manner, the ability to take and pass on accurate messages and an eye for detail is a must, as is being computer literate and having the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment. You must take pride in your appearance and be happy to conform to our uniform requirements and must also ensure that the rest of the team do the same.
