TCO - Liaising between the clinician and the patient, booking appointments, discussing monies and payments, coordinating multidisciplinary treatments between clinicians. Managing the referral dentists, ensuring that they receive correspondence from the treating clinician. Ensuring that CBCT are reported on. Ensuring referrals from the practice's clinicians to outside services are carried out. Ensuring all records are recorded and kept in an effective manner. Administration Reception duties, taking payments, answering emails, answering the phone, managing the clinicians appointment times and effective booking of the patients.
