Role Overview: We’re seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior E-commerce & CRM Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be a key player in the team, optimising the company’s growing, global online presence across Shopify to maximise sales, customer engagement, and brand visibility. This role involves assisting with daily website management, digital merchandising, performance analysis, CRM execution, and coordination with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless online shopping experience in line with brand standards; utilising Shopify and various tools in our tech stack to drive sales, enhance the overall customer experience, and improve CVR. This is a high-impact role operating at the crossroads of data, technology, marketing, and customer experience, and we’re excited to find the perfect candidate to join the team. Tasks Include: Website Management: • Maintain and update product listings, pricing, and content, • Monitor site functionality and tech stack, coordinating with our developers to resolve issues, • Implement promotional campaigns, homepage updates, and seasonal refreshes, • Work with our merchandising department to monitor bestsellers, inventory levels, and new arrivals to adjust merchandising strategy Performance & Analytics: • Track and report on key ecommerce KPIs, • Analyse customer behavior to identify growth opportunities and improve user experience, • Experience with a heat mapping and a/b testing tool preferable but not essential Customer Experience: • Assist in ensuring smooth order fulfillment and issue resolution, • Manage on-site search and recommendations to enhance product discovery, • Monitor customer feedback, reviews and ratings to identify areas of improvement and implement strategies for enhancing customer satisfaction and retention SEO: • Develop and execute on-page SEO strategies to increase organic visibility and traffic., • Liaise with SEO agency to conduct keyword research for product titles, descriptions, and landing pages., • Collaborate with content and marketing teams to ensure consistent keyword usage across all digital touchpoints, • Monitor and report SEO performance metrics using appropriate tools CRM: • Coordinate and implement email and SMS campaigns, • Support our loyalty programme, retention initiatives, and personalised promotions The ideal candidate: • 3+ years of experience in the e-commerce industry with a proven track record of driving online sales and achieving revenue targets, • A strong DTC background in e-commerce/CRM/digital marketing, preferably fashion and retail, • Proficient in Shopify, • Experience with A/B testing tools, Rebuy, Yotpo, Tagalys, Ometria/Klaviyo, and Attentive preferred, • An organised project manager with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using analytics tools to derive actionable insights, • Expert in accurate and efficient data capture, ensuring data integrity across multiple systems, • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment, • Genuinely enthusiastic in e-commerce trends that pushes boundaries, sparks conversation, and captivates audiences, • A proactive attitude, willingness to embrace challenges, and a relentless drive for excellence are essential, • Interested in industry best practices, and emerging technologies Benefits: • Access to a free gym, • Quarterly clothing allowance, • 33 days annual leave for full time employees (25 days holiday + 8 bank holidays), • Pension Scheme, • Cycle to Work Scheme, • Employee Assistance Programme (EAP), • Regular socials, karaoke skills beneficial, • Competitive salary Percival Menswear is an equal opportunities employer, committed to building a team that reflects the diverse communities we’re part of.
