The Role As our Service Delivery Partner, you will be the senior relationship owner for a portfolio of key public sector clients. Your mission is to ensure we deliver on our promises, maximise commercial opportunities, and keep our client partnerships strong and growing. Working closely with our delivery teams, practice leads, and senior stakeholders, you will ensure our services hit the mark, risks are managed before they become problems, and Olive Jar Digital remains the trusted partner our clients rely on. What you'll be doing: • Owning the Relationship: Acting as the primary commercial and contractual lead across your public sector portfolio, building trust with senior stakeholders and procurement teams., • Commercial Leadership: Leading contract governance, renewals, extensions, and commercial negotiations, while proactively identifying opportunities for account growth and new service offerings., • Service Oversight: Collaborating with delivery and leadership teams to ensure we meet KPIs, SLAs, and contractual commitments. You'll facilitate service reviews and manage escalations smoothly., • Strategic Guidance: Driving long-term account planning, providing insight into client priorities and market trends, and championing continuous improvement in how we serve our clients. What We’re Looking For You are a seasoned professional with a background in a digital consultancy, professional services, or agency environment. You know how to manage public sector accounts and have a strong grasp of procurement frameworks and contract management. Essential Experience: • Significant experience managing public sector clients (central government, arms-length bodies, or local government) within an agency or consultancy setting., • A proven ability to navigate complex stakeholder relationships at a senior level., • Strong commercial awareness, contract negotiation skills, and a track record of overseeing service delivery against strict KPIs., • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and influencing abilities. Bonus points if you have: • Experience working within Government Digital Service (GDS) environments., • Knowledge of agile delivery methodologies and experience managing multidisciplinary digital teams., • Familiarity with frameworks like Digital Outcomes and Specialists (DOS) or G-Cloud.
