Be experienced as to EPOS systems, financial management, HR aspects including rota planning & structure and interacting with the kitchen brigade. Experience in dining service is important as the restaurant is the major draw, though any cellar experience regarding beers & ales would be a definite advantage. The position is, in essence, the righthand person to the GM. The position is full time, permanent, requires commitment but is ultimately rewarding. We are offering 40k+ pa according to experience
We are looking for x2 barbacks for our busy wine bar in Wandsworth Town in SW London to work Thursday evenings (6-10), Friday evenings (6-10) and Saturdays (2-8pm) - you don't need to be available for all of these shifts, we are happy for individual shift work. The role involves loading the glasswasher with glasses, drying the glasses and making them available to the bar staff, also plates and knifes and forks and clearing tables. Training will be provided.
