Our client are a international facilities management group are looking to recruit a Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee delivery of lifecycle and variation projects across acute hospital PFI sites (Blackburn & Burnley). Manage, support, and coordinate a team of Project Managers and a Project Coordinator. Ensure safe, compliant, on‑time, on‑budget delivery of multiple M&E‑heavy projects in a demanding environment. Duites to include: • Oversee 3 PMs + 1 Coordinator at Blackburn, and provide oversight for 2 PMs in Burnley., • Lead high‑value lifecycle works (theatres, wards, chillers, FCUs, AHUs, LV panels, etc.)., • Develop scopes, briefs, costings, programmes and risk assessments., • Manage full project cycle: design, procurement, PPP documentation, delivery, commissioning & handover., • Ensure ISO‑compliant documentation and auditable project files., • Drive contractor performance, ensure compliance with inductions, competence, and site procedures., • Maintain financial responsibility for circa £10m revenue (per JD)., • Produce regular financial and progress reporting., • Ensure all KPI/SLA obligations are met and exceeded., • Promote Health & Safety, behavioural safety, and CDM compliance., • Work closely with TSMs, Head of Technical (Steve), operations teams and Trust stakeholders., • Identify opportunities for innovation, efficiency and added value., • Act as escalation point for delivery issues across both hospital sites. Candidates must have: • 5 plus years M&E project management experience, • Expeience of working on PFI Projects in the public sector, • Driving Licence We offer excellent rates
