Site Manager - New Build Housing Location: Scarborough, YO11 Sector: New Build Housing Contract: Temporary / Freelance Start Date: ASAP Pay: £28.54 per hour ( Umbrella ) We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to join a national 5* housebuilder on a new build residential development in Scarborough. This role will require someone confident in running a site independently, managing trades and overseeing plots prior to NHBC inspections. Please note this role requires proven experience running new build housing sites and managing trades on site. Requirements Minimum 5 years experience working on new build housing developments At least 1 year experience operating as a Site Manager on site Black CSCS Card NHBC experience - you will be signing off plots prior to inspection Experience managing trades and site programmes Strong understanding of site Health & Safety procedures Responsibilities Managing the day to day running of the site Coordinating subcontractors and site trades Reporting progress to the Project / Contracts Manager Ensuring Health & Safety procedures are maintained including inductions, RAMS and PPE compliance Managing plot inspections, quality standards and defects Working closely with NHBC ahead of inspections Maintaining site documentation and progress reporting Ensuring site welfare facilities and compound areas are maintained Liaising with head office, consultants and other stakeholders where required If you are interested in this position call 0114 213 0900 (Option 1) and ask for Carl or Atlanta, or apply with your CV.
