Main Requirements for the Business Development Manager: • Minimum of 5 year’s previous experience in a B2B role ideally within IT sector., • Degree Education / Professional certifications are highly desirable., • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients and internal teams., • In-depth knowledge of sales processes, sales funnels, and customer relationship management systems., • Established history of cultivating strong client relationships and closing high-value deals., • Expertise in prospecting and lead generation, with a strategic focus on engaging with business principals and key decision-makers., • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment., • Consistently demonstrate a positive attitude in approaching challenging situations., • Outgoing and confident personality with friendly manner and good sense of humour.
